    The customer service was amazing, i wish all companies were that good

    I emailed enquiring about adding a new moon to my existing necklace, they were very prompt to reply to check the size of my existing charm. They offered to attach the new moon for me. Emailed updates when my existing necklace arrived and when the new product was mailed with a tracking number
