    Love my locket!!

    Absolutely love my Lovers Locket! Love the size and how it looks. It’s so special to me. It’s my husband’s and I birthday moons. This was my second purchase. I will be purchasing more in the future for sure!

    I cried when I saw

    I cried when I saw it !!! This necklace is a beautiful memory for me, the 2 moons represent the 1st. date & then the day we got married !

    You see it represents the fact that God still does miracles, I had been married before &. I was praying for him to bring the right man into my life. Bruce & I went on a 1st. date & 13 days later we were married. On August 20th. We will be celebrating 21 years together ! This is Our Anniversary Gift, my husband hasn’t seen it yet but I know he is going to be just as happy as I am !!!

    I can’t wait !!! Thank you for bringing such a beautiful memory to life !

    She loved it. It’s something you give on special occasions since it’s a very personal gift. I love that the little moons move around ! Only thing is It does look bigger in the pictures.

    TERRIBLE

    I placed my order on April 27th, and Moonglow promised delivery by Mother's Day. As the holiday approached, I began to reach out to Moonglow with emails, inquiring about where my order was. Tracking was showing no progress. Mother's Day came and went with absolutely no response from Moonglow. Several more emails were sent, and still no response. I tried to call a few times... FINALLY got a hold of someone. She apologised and said that NOW, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, but promised it would be sent. More weeks went by, and still nothing. To make a long story short, they eventually canceled my order and refunded the item that was out of stock, along with the engraving charge on that item. HOWEVER, the item that they DID send me (which FINALLY arrived on June 1st.... about a MONTH LATE) did not have the engraving that I had requested, and they still charged me the $20. This company is absolutely terrible. I had problems that went on for weeks with another order 3 years previously. I probably should have learned my lesson the first time. Lesson learned. Unless they go above and beyond to make this right for me (ruining the holiday for my wife and children, taking my money and failing to provide the item I ordered, and repeatedly ignoring my efforts to get this resolved), I can't foresee myself doing business with them again.

    Hi David, we are sorry for the experience with this order, i assure you, this is not a typical Moonglow experience. I have reviewed our communications and do apologise for any confusion along the way regarding this item, but the Rose Gold locket was actually discontinued and will not be returning to inventory. We are able to ship the gold version and will be happy to do so, even with a refund having been issued. Regarding the engraving, are you referring to the bracelet? If so, the engraving for that item is not done on the back of the charm, but rather a separate tag that we attach near the clasp. Do you mind checking for that engraved tag? Again, we do apologise for the incredible inconvenience, but I assure you, our team will do our best to help make this right.

    I love it!

    I bought this along with the bracelet with two moons. My wife loves It and so do I. The locket is a great size and great quality. It is a beautiful and very thoughtful gift. Exactly what I wanted for my wife for her bday and Mother’s Day. I would definitely recommend and buy again!
