    Great Service Once Again

    With the recent birth of grandchild #6, I was hoping I could add another charm to my bracelet, and once again my enquiry to Moonglow was answered promptly, purchase made, bracelet sent from Vic to Qld and returned with the new charm in the exact spot I asked for.

    False expected delivery date

    I can’t review the item I ordered since it hasn’t arrived yet. I’m very disappointed as the initial order stated it would arrive on December 24th just in time for Christmas. However it is now more than one week later and the item still has not arrived.

    Peace Charm review

    I was not sure if this charm would work with a chain I already had. I asked the customer assist person and received an answer from a specialist within 24 hours. When I received the charm I was SO happy with its simplicity and character. And it's named after my favourite musician John Lennon. I chose the date I adopted my sweet dog, Holly. BEAUTIFUL piece.
